Roles and Responsibilities
• Create and maintain spaces, including graphics and content.
• Provide support for user requests.
• Create and maintain groups, mailers and projects
• Manage Space membership
• Manage requests for changes as per the Change Management Process
• Provide first level support to end-users
• Promote adherence to portal solutoin
• Enforce disciplined usage of portal solution
• Manage changes to portal workflows as per the Change Management Process
• Communicate technical issues to System Administrators
• Create and maintain functional self serve training
Skills :
Required -
• Knowledge and significant practical experience of Social Publishing Applications (Facebook, Flickr, Blogspot/wordpress, LinkedIn etc.)
• Experience of Managing a Community on any CMS software (Jive SBS, Drupal, Confluence, Liferay etc) including content
• Ability to provide Customer Support, strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Be proactive, don’t let things drop until the job is done
• Ability to adhere to process, procedure and workflow and suggest improvements
• Business English
• HTML
• Image Manipulation for the Web (Adobe Photoshop etc)
• GUI Creation (Design and Layout)
Nice to have -
• CSS
• Jive SBS knowledge
• AJAX Development (Dojo)
• Java Development
• Knowledge of the Kubrick Interface
